BNP Fortis Paribas

Following the 2007 global financial crisis, the merger of Banque Nationale de Paris and Paribas took over the troubled bank Fortis' activities in Belgium to become one of the largest banks in the world. The rebranding activities that subsequently were implemented, transformed all former Fortis banks and offices throughout Belgium to the new company standards.

Ivan Janssen was responsible for the cost management and project control of approx. 60 million Euros budget per annum related to the refurbishment and rebranding activities of all former Fortis office buildings throughout Belgium to the new BNP Paribas standards, including maintenance and minor construction works on banking centres.
