Center Parcs

Originally founded in the Netherlands in 1968, Center Parcs is a European network of holiday villages.
During the extensive innovation programme (1996 to 1998), all Dutch, Belgian and German villages underwent a complete change of appearance, including a metamorphosis of the village centres as well as the creation of various unique swimming and entertainment facilities.
With the ambitious renewal programme completed in the villages over those three years, Center Parcs gave shape to its millennium concept with important new investments and innovations that affected all aspects of the Center Parcs product.

Preparation and valuation of payment to contractors were agreed and expenditure reports inclusive recommendations were thoroughly discussed during the execution phase of the complete renovation activities of the parcs.
